Golf Courses
The Dunes Course
Open since May 2010, the impressive seaside The Dunes Course is the first signature golf course in Greece, designed by former US Masters Champion and Ryder Cup Captain Bernhard Langer in association with European Golf Design.
The Dunes Course was maintained for a full year prior to opening in order to ensure its pristine condition. Troon Golf, the world’s leading luxury-brand golf management company, operates The Dunes Course.
This championship course, set in a landscape of diverse topography with spectacular sea and river views, incorporates some links-style features in areas closest to the sea. Parts of the course venture into olive and fruit groves, while some holes run along a small river – the Sellas – which meanders through the site. Combined with large undulating greens, wide fairways and steep-faced pot bunkers, the links element of the course adds to its unique style and playability.
The Dunes Course has been designed to provide an exciting challenge for all golfers. Each of the 18 holes has multiple sets of tees to allow players to select the course length that best suits their game. The course measures 6,018 meters (6,581 yards) from the back tees with a par of 71.

The Hills Courses
Navarino Hills will be developed as a year-round integrated resort with alternative tourism elements featuring additional innovative tourism and recreation facilities, excellent golf, dedicated wellness and countryside activities, while highlighting the uniqueness of the area.
The Hills Course is located on the eastern side of the property and is perhaps best described as a scenic golf journey through nature. The course fits seamlessly into the land and along the way passes old olive trees, ancient rock walls and stunning ravines that carve deep into the Kinigou Hills.
The course has five tee boxes per hole, one less than on the Olympic, and measures 6.251 metres from the back tee. Undulation is more of a factor and the scenery is vastly different on the Hills. Only once, on the fourth tee, can you catch a glimpse of the sea but the visual sensation is still dramatic, with mountain tops, long valleys and stunning rock formations. The 18 holes offer a good balance and variety, from doglegs to uphill and downhill holes, long par-fives, short par-fours and challenging par-threes. Additionally, a myriad of strategic options awaits you and gives a good test for creativity and course management.
The Hills Course gives you a fair balance between risk and reward and bail-out situations and puts a premium on strategy and shot-making over power. Overall, we are confident that golfers of all skill levels will enjoy the experience around the Hills.
The Bay Course
Open since October 2011, the 18-hole, 71 par seaside Bay Course at Navarino Bay, designed by Robert Trent Jones II, provides both a fun experience and a challenging test for golfers of all levels. Just a few minutes from Navarino Dunes, at the Navarino Bay development, the Bay Course offers an alternative set of challenges and choices in a quite different setting.
With the majority of tees offering sublime sea views and two holes playing along the historic Bay of Navarino, the course plays a little shorter than The Dunes Course at 5,614 metres from the back tees and meanders through three distinct natural landscapes. The Seaside, Canyon, and Grove holes provide striking contrasts that create a dramatic and memorable golf round.

The International Olympic Academy Golf Course
Situated over 125 hectares overlooking the historical bay of Navarino and the Ionian Sea, the International Olympic Academy Golf Course measures 6,366m in length. The 18 holes hills course, par 72 has been designed to challenge the best golfers in an enchanting environment with dramatic views and memorable sunsets.
